I had an Alternator that was Damaged by UPS last Spring from another Seller,that was a "BEAR" to get RMA'd ,cause the seller kept wanting a TON of info,and Miscommunication between US on Language Structure was causing me a HEADACHE !! They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. I would do business with Pelham Equipment again.

The item was listed as a direct replacement for the part i needed on my saw, but when i received it, the filter was slightly too small so it wouldnt fit properly around base of filter housing which is necessary for a good seal. Luckily the seller was excellent and promptly offered a return and refund. Good ebayer
