The item was advertised as free shipping. So I was watching the tracking on the app. The parcel was sent out and then returned. It was only until I contacted the seller , that they arranged alternative courier service. My package did get to late by a couple of days. I did appreciate the seller sending via courier when he saw what had happened. Not a very pleasant experience, but it was okay. Thank you to the seller for his quick response.
Delivery was ok, the motherboard was very well packaged but unfortunately the fans didn't spin. When I explained the problem, the vendor was super available and assisted me through the chat to try to solve the problem. Once assessed that there was nothing to do, I sent the motherboard back and was refund as soon as it was received. I maybe was unlucky with the board, but the vendor is AAA++
