The item is definitely new. Had great communication with the seller they reached back out to me very quickly. And I literally had the best shipping experience you could ask for it was delivered to me within 3 days of closing the auction. I will definitely keep this seller on my list as I will be purchasing more items from him most definitely. And no I do not know this gentleman at all all I know is he was fantastic with communication and shipping and item description.
Everything was perfect! The item is exactly as pictured and described. Shipping was super fast, and the item is packed exceptionally well. All pieces were included and in perfect condition -- an exceptional value (especially compared to the exact same item from Home Depot!). This item was not an original Tactacam lithium battery, but a compatible device. I have not tried it out yet. It arrived in a broken and taped plastic case. When I contacted the seller, he gave an immediate refund and said to keep the item. Very positive response.
