If there is no video then you more than likely have a motherboard issue. If there is video, then you have an lcd issue. Do not automatically assume it is the lcd. Be sure to match your part numbers, years, and models. You cannot order an item based on a photo alone, or model number alone. Part numbers are extremely important as there can and usually are more than one part number for particular model.

I received my item on time from seller but it was missing a part that was included in the advertisement , when I contacted the seller about it the seller Immediately responded back to me and agreed to ship out the correct item that was missing but when that item arrived It was the wrong also . The seller and I agreed that if I ship everything back to them I will get a full refund . I did that and received a full refund .Some times things don't work out but it's nice to be able to work them out .

  2. The shipment was within the estimated delivery time from the moment of purchase. It arrived packaged normal, although I expected more secure packaging for shipping a motherboard. I appreciate the packaging as well, as it appears to have been undamaged during shipping. It worked right away when I replaced it with my defective motherboard. It does match what was described in the listing, as it was in used condition, as evidenced by the remnants of thermal paste.The price is definitely unbeatable.

  3. I received the screen in a timely manner; and it was the item described; however, the item was damaged. It was packaged well, but I think it was damaged in shipping. As an awesome point of customer service Epartshighway answered my message to them same day. Not only that, I sent a couple of pics to show what was wrong, and they initiated a refund right away. They definitely stand behind their product, and because of this I would absolutely buy from again. Thank you for everything.
