The seller provided detailed pictures and a description of the imperfections and the laptop was better than I expected. There were issues with the shipping co and the seller was excellent in communicating while it was solved. And lastly, the box arrived damaged by the shipping co but it was so well package laptop arrived undamaged. Would definitely buy from again!!!!
