Camera was faulty out of the box. Contacted seller who suggested a few possible fixes, which unfortunately didn't work. Ultimately the camera was replaced by seller with another model. Seller was very responsive and did their utmost to resolve the issue. Would recommend seller despite the initial camera being faulty.
