The packaging I ordered was exactly as described and contained all of the insulation that at 3090 box should have. What I needed was pretty specific but this met my need perfectly. I would order from this seller again.
Seller was legit and responded quickly. UPS and customs were not. I was force to pay a 25% Trump tariff. Again, the eBay seller was great he did everything right. My issue is with my country and it's leaders.
Was shipped quickly and well packaged. Seller proactively shipped missing items without me having to ask. The motherboard works great, no issues after fairly thorough testing. Overall very happy.
