My experience with the seller was fine. Item shipped on the 8th and was delivered on the 17th. Description noted items are used and damage is depicted. I wish a close up photo of the broken clip would have been included, because the whole reason I bought this item was the other clip broke off of my original. While wide shots of items are included, it would be nice if close up shots of the damage were also included. Recommend looking at the photo VERY closely before purchasing.
It was arrived in good condition, well packed, despite the USPS delivering it to a completely different street nearby that that had the same house number. We had to go around and ask everyone on our block and the next street over to see if they had received our package. We finally found it. The USPS just says delivered to mailbox. Too bad they cannot read street names! The seller is great with good fast communication.
Shipping got all kinds of messed up but it wasn’t the sellers fault. The item was packaged better than anything I’ve ever ordered. Seller communication always great and the item was in pristine condition. Very happy with the purchase.
