  1. Item arrived on time and well packaged, however did not arrive as depicted. Clarity and weight did not match the photos in ad. Seller was very communicative and offered a 75% refund to avoid resending stones back, which is acceptable. Please it would be great if sellers would realize how important it is to buyers to know what it is they are buying, and the best way to do that is to provide in the advertisement photos of the actual item being sold in that particular purchase.

  2. Arrived well packaged, but has small chip on face which I believe was probably prior to shipping as it was well wrapped. Value uncertain. Love the color! Disappointed with the chip.
