I left feedback-my item was past arrival time. Nothing from the seller after messages were sent. Days later the seller sent a message. He told me he was handling a very tragic situation-beyond his control and certainly not expected or wanted to happen. In spite of his beginning a life altering situation, he found it important to deal with my order and make it right. When I wear the lovely ring I received, I ll never forget the seller & keep praying with God s help he can heal and find strength.
All negative statements I made about this business are rescinded. The negative remarks were a mistake of my mind not my heart. This business contacted me via 3rd party app and gave me a detailed explanation on why I didn t receive this gem. He told me it did not meet quality standards. Surprisingly he showed me certified emeralds to choose from. I liked two of them. I picked out the one I wanted. I also told him after all this, I may as well get two. He just asked I pay shipping. No problem.
Very pretty ring, took a long time to arrive, tracking number was not legit. The second package had a fake mailing label and I had to pay 7.80 to get it. The postman told me they are seeing this a lot. Needless to say I won't order again from this seller due to the discrepancy in shipping and having to pay for "free" shipping.
