How to use the paint pens 1)Shake the pen well. 2)Hold the pen with the tip up and press it to release air out. 3)Press the tip down several times until the paint starts to flow. 4)You are now ready to write on any surface! -Use mineral alcohol or turpentine to clean off. Description -No xylene and toluene. -Marks on multiple surfaces. -Oil based ink, not transparent. -The ink conforms to EN71-3 and ASTM D-4236. -The ink complies with the European Union - RoHS directive. -The tip of the pen is approximately 2mm-3mm. -Brand new and individually packed with shrink film.
