I was concerned about other negative feedback for this seller and expected a lat3 delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived quickly and from Sydney as advertised. Unfortunately I did have an issue with setup based on the very poor instructions provided and was not able to use the item. I reached out to the seller and was provided advice in several emails. My issue could not be resolved and the seller sent me a full refund without being asked to do so. Highly recommended seller.
