At first, inside its package, it did not look like what was pictured on the listing. And the length marked on the package was longer than what was listed in the listing. But then after I opened it, its' features were closer to what was listed in the description. But it was still too long for my car. Since I received a different length than what was listed, I was given a full refund. On the positive side, it was new and packaged properly. Thank you. Initial response could have been more thorough.
There were some issues when product was sent , I contacted the seller and the seller corrected the issues to my satisfaction. The replacement Product works as described, one needed a little massaging to aim properly but otherwise ok . Good price , and I can see at night !
