It's a $5.30 Tusita brand charger drop shipped from Amazon and labeled as a gift so the low price the seller paid for it is not revealed. I paid $8.70 with free shipping, but it was still cheaper because I don't have Amazon Prime. The seller uses Qtrack for Amazon shipping which is not a standard tracking method like UPS. The Qtrack "delivered" update was delayed and the package got soaked by rain.

This item I purchased delivered during the big snow somewhere, so I did not get received as expected but I will say the seller did everything he could do to get this item delivered and left a lot of messages for me to follow my item. The biggest problem is mailing it USPS. USPS does not seem to get packages timely.
