I ordered a total of five items from this vendor and have been pleased with each item.The pedant arrived as shown in the photo, yellow gold, not the header, white gold.They immediately provided a postage paid return label, and a choice of refund or replacement white gold pendant.I decided to keep the yellow gold and order a different style in white gold.Sophia is the best at communicating with clients.She is very helpful and patient, both before and after purchase, to assure client satisfaction.
I had never ordered from an international seller before so was'nt sure how it would turn out. I received 1 week eariler then expected. Sophia was great per our communications. And THE EARRINGS are BEAUTIFUL. The pics don't show off how they sparkle. And I love the box with the bow. The included certificate can be verified by going to the EGL website. I would definitely buy from Treasure Hub again.
Item looks as described, shipping was decent considering where it came from, and my item was well bubble wrapped. Unfortunately, the mail carriers were not kind to my package, and the certification card got a little bent. No biggie though, plus not the sellers fault. Lastly, I got a great price. I do recommend this seller and will be purchasing from them again.
