  1. I was concerned about other negative feedback for this seller and expected a lat3 delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived quickly and from Sydney as advertised. Unfortunately I did have an issue with setup based on the very poor instructions provided and was not able to use the item. I reached out to the seller and was provided advice in several emails. My issue could not be resolved and the seller sent me a full refund without being asked to do so. Highly recommended seller.

  2. Poor shipping time. Seller advertised location as California. Shipping partner ships from NY. Takes a week to deliver to USPS. Took ten days overall to arrive. After that this item was advertised to have a one half inch width , I received a Different than advertised item with a three quarter inch width. The width was the reason I purchased from this seller. On the positive side this seller after being emailed did follow through to send a replacement to the advertised original. This item was new

  3. Seller fine but USPS totally sucks. Package came into Queens then went to Arizona then finally to me in Chicago suburb. Took 10 days. Pkg shipped February 22, received March 11. Case is really nice and thin, great for putting in purse and light for holding when laying on couch and reading
