Disappointed in this product. After going back and forth and informing them one of the cartridges was defective, they eventually mailed me a cartridge. Extremely inconveniencing because I ran out of ink. The photo listed in the post is NOT what you will receive. When I initially saw the posted photo, my mistake was to think it was an HP box because it looked identical to HP. I received a small brown box...was I ever surprised! They were good to send me a new cartridge but buyers beware.
Excellent price, fast shipping, well packaged… But this ink looks nothing like the picture. It is not original HP Ink. I purchased this ink for when I run out, so I haven’t actually used it yet. 
Ink jet cartridges received met expectations, were well packaged with instructions to resolve any issues, and arrived almost on time. I would do business again with this Seller.
