Mineral: Fluorite with Quartz Locality: Mont-Roc Mine, Mont-Roc, Castres, Tarn, Occitanie, France Measurements: 6.1cm x 6.0cm x 4.6cm Weight: 237g A cluster of pale, denim-blue fluorite cubes from the Montroc Mine in France. Please note this specimen is NOT from the more common French specimen-producing localities such as La Barre or Le Beix. Pieces from this locality come to market at a much lower rate than the previously mentioned French fluorite-producing localities. In fact, there are only 19 photos of fluorites from this locality listed on Mindat. The crystals are relatively large and uniquely denim-blue with slightly purple cores. There is a second generation of small white quartz crystals for accent. I acquired this specimen directly from a French collector. ID: 428
