This is unexeptable the add says the item will be shipped in 5 days of the payment that's a lie, I've tried to get in touch with the sales team with no reason, other than a text saying it will get to me in 20 days. I ordered the item on the 5th I've tried to contact them for a refund again with no reason I will never order from this incompetent sales agent again. Unexeptable. Unbelievable. And very Unpersonal. Package finally arrives and it was in perfect condition wrapped real well a lot of care was taken in and I am happy with the metal detector I have it together and ready to go shipping wasn't so good that's the only thing that I think is not good as the shipping
