I was told it was damaged in shipping and they wouldn't be able to get it to me. Asked if I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I cancelled as I wanted it for Christmas. I went via ebay because it was out of stock everywhere else. I think they were out of stock to begin with and couldn't really get it to me for Christmas anyways so they used the excuse of damaged. They provided no pictures, and it is supposed to be indestructible as is.
