Very considerate vendor. The original shipment they sent had a problem with the black cartridge not being recognized by my printer. I notified the vendor and they immediately sent a replacement, with a different brand. That cartridge worked immediately...no problems. Customer service communicated with me several times, and was very efficient. They're now my go-to printer ink suppliers!!
