Although the item package was delivered open, due to not being tape sealed, and had a large hole in the packaging where some halfwit of a post operator had stood on the item, the item was in excellent condition luckily and works perfectly. Easy to set up just as my old unit was, and Lucy was there to help immediately when I messaged about the issue to help. So despite the post problem the seller still deserves a positive for the item and the super fast Pidgeon post service. Thank you
Brand new cameras to add to my cctv system, all work as should, connected with no problems, same cameras as I already have and a grate deal with seller for more then one. Communication was good as they where unsure if would fit my cctv system, they checked this with my help from model number etc. Very fast next day delivery I couldn't be happier.
