Received the Wok pan 12 inch wok with lid. Smooth Transaction received quickly well packaged. Picture looks a lot like HexClad however it it DotClad. I thought I was buying HexClad so be careful as I should have read the description better. I haven't used the pan just yet but I hope it works as well as HexClad. Quality appears to be great, arrived in perfect condition. For now it's 5 stars. As for communication I did send a question and did not receive a reply.
I bought this before the Memorial Day holiday, and got it today. (est June 2- June 5) Big weekend. A bit fast for the holiday. It was wrapped in a big paper envelope, unopened, and clean. A delivery truck brought it straight to the house. (Sat.-Wed.). Two for $10 is a great deal. And the package was in V. Good shape. Thanks.
Item received as listed. Fast shipping. Poorly packaged. Arrived with damaged packaging and mail bag filled with water. The box inside has water damage and is perished. Fortunately the item inside was not damaged. Note to seller, better packaging needed for this type of item.
