Although there were mistakes with the item that was sent, the seller contacted me right away and offered the option to return it for a full refund, taking complete responsibility for the error. I purchased some parts to do maintenance on the wife’s MBZ , a couple of the parts were the correct part number but were out of spec and wouldn’t seat correctly, I messaged the seller and they responded in one hour and made everything right, great people, I will use them again
The item was packaged well and functions properly. My ONLY gripe is the graphics on some games are not near the quality of the original games. This is NO fault of the seller. His service is impeccable and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!!!!! A+++++++++
