Seller is fantastic - I realized that I forgot to check the correct delivery address for this item (Indiana vs. Texas) when I got the order confirmation email from eBay and saw the wrong deliver-to address. I contacted the Seller through eBay and got an immediate response - "Give us the correct delivery address and we will update the shipping." I did, and the Seller updated the UPS delivery address. In spite of my mistake, the Seller was gracious and pleasant about helping me. THANKS!!!!
I received what I expected and exactly what I wanted. Well pleased with the hoist. Sadly the shipper didn't seem to care about his quality of work / performance. boxes arrived in bad shape not at house left out on the shoulder of road about 1/4 mi away from my house (we have long driveway) Seller usually has no control over the shipper employees so it's not really his problem, But he does control of the choice of shipper to use !!!!!
Very happy with my purchase experience! Initial shipment for the glass cabinet came shattered during the shipping process, however the seller was very responsive and offered to refund or ship a brand new one. I ended up getting a new one shipped and it came in perfect condition! Very responsive and accommodating seller!
