The only reason why I left it neutral feedback and not negative is because they refund my money back to me because this item was not what it was claiming to be in the auction description as a soild piece of quartz crystal where it is no where near that and was made out of a resin with pieces of quartz crystal mixed in the seller explained to me after the fact of wasting $20 on it! I asked Y they r claiming it to be carved from single piece of quartz crystal and they reply they removed it!
