The item arrived quickly, brand new as described and wrapped securely. The stickers come on a convenient 8.5x11 sheet of paper making storage ideal. Stickers have just the right amount of glue on them, as to not tear up the item or what's under the item, if you have to reposition them. Seller has great communication, and cares about every detail to make customers happy. The price was super low. I use these labels for my hanging files. They offer more room to write and make files easier to read.
I got my order eventually but their shipping service is very wonky. It says they are based in Oregon but provided an aqua tracking number that doesn't show any movement. Seller inadvertently contacted me saying it was delivered before they even shipped it out. When the package finally arrived, it came in an Amazon box fulfilled in CT. Seller needs to figure out their shipping service to avoid confusion with buyers in the future.
There was a problem with delivery. The seller was very prompt at reporting the problem and suggested a fix but it all still fell apart and the seller took full responsibility for it and gave me a full refund. In my opinion eBay could use more people like these. Will do business again.
