Unfortunately the plate arrived broken into several pieces. Upon contacting the seller and sending a relevant photo of the damage, they refunded my payment, including postage, without hesitation. Although it was damaged, I could see that it was a beautiful piece of Royal Crown Derby. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
