TY, this item arrived by USPS on 04/19/2025, & when it arrived, the box was smashed & inside the packaging was wet, & also the bottle inside the box was half full. & I was very disappointed with this delivery & The condition wasn't what I was full & the valve was cool & the appearance was great, but & I have pictures of this product, so do I get another one & do I have to pay for another, or what will it be? It's the second one I had to buy, and I told you sell her your first one I didn't know how to do what you asked me to do about getting reimbursed for the first one. And I told you the first one , enema tip was too big it hurt the anal, but you don't want to give me credit for the first one I bought you out for that amount of money that makes you pretty cheap. And my experience with the seller for the first part was negative.
