I would’ve chosen neutral for my rating but I didn’t feel like waiting 7 days. It’s not as stable as I’d like it to be for my coffee mug. But this seller is just a middle man. Orders from Amazon and doesn’t actually have items on hand. My package came in an Amazon bag from an Amazon fulfillment center. So if you have prime, just order from Amazon.
