  1. I've been on ebay 25 years and have never seen anyone bypass packaging and just slap a shipping label directly onto an item then ship it. It's playing with fire and huge odds against the seller. Believe it or not though in this case each person who handled the item from CA to KY did so with kid gloves. The postal guy who delivered it said the people at his office were amazed it didnt have huge damage. To me I can't find anything that wasn't in the listing pics. Congrats! You won this one! Thx!

  2. I was very pleased with the purchase, it was as described and arrived on time. Unfortunately, when it arrived at the post office, the worker was worried about it being damaged and had already marked as such before taking it home. When I opened the package it was completely broken in half and I was devastated. However, the seller was very kind and helpful, refunded my money and I didn’t have to return it. I 100% do not believe it was the sellers fault at all, it was obviously done in shipping.

  3. The seller sent me an offer that was super reasonable—but then the package got stuck at the post office with $100 postage due and I was so worried it was a scam. Nope! The post office mis-scanned and the seller reimbursed me the postage I paid immediately. They were so responsive, made it right asap, and the luggage I bought was just gorgeous with an incredible price. Just thrilled with the purchase and will buy from them again. Thanks for taking care of it all so quickly!
