There was a little hiccup at the start which was no fault of the seller. When I alerted him he jumped on it right away and was with me every step of the way until the product was received. This is a great seller who cares about his customers. He went out of his way to help even though the hiccup was the fault of the postal corp which admitted their error. He then followed it every step of the way and kept me up to date with several emails. I would encourage anyone to do business with him.
I never received the product but I am leaving positive feedback! The seller was not at fault. It was something in the shipping. Said that it was deliver on tracking but it never showed and the seller was very accommodating in offering a refund or similar/equal to product. I think that says a lot about he/she and the way they do business and I like it! Thank you!
