Seller is very prompt on communications and very nice. The chess set arrived quickly, surprisingly from Amazon but I paid slower price than Amazon advertised so that was a plus for me. It is a Christmas present so it is yet unopened. It is in perfect condition right down to the shrink wrap so I am confidant that the chess set is perfect too.
