Listing claims it’s new, and it does actually come sealed in plastic, but comparing it to a legitimate new one, you can tell it’s a knock-off, or at least it’s a refill. Either way, I can’t complain with the price, but I wouldn’t purchase with the intention of giving it away as a gift, and it will be coming from China, so give it a few weeks for delivery.
Item arrived sooner than I expected since it was from overseas. Fortunately, the keychain was not damaged because plastic envelope that it was packaged in allowed the thin box the keychain came in to get bent up and tore. Price was reasonable.
