The first time every single beaker was broken when it was stuffed into the mailbox crushing all the items, except the smallest cup, I reached out to the seller and they replaced it with no issue. When the second one arrived, the 500 ML beaker was broken. I reached out to the seller and explain my concerns about transportation and again they made it right.
