I will say the service and response are positive. My only issue would be with value and description. I understand that it is a gamble but when you get it wrapped in a bag and one of the items smellslike smoke and it is supposed to be a neck pillow of some sort. That makes it really disappointing. Little details count. If you say box ship it in a box. Also, at least send items that don't look already used..Trying to be constructive so the next customer doesn't incurr what I have on this box.
