The magnetic chuck was out of stock at the warehouse (currently there is a shortage of large ones in the US), seller contacted me the next day, apologized and offered to either wait for them to come in in a few months or an immediate refund, my choice of which. Refund was back in my account the next day. Mistakes sometimes happen, finding and correcting them this quickly is really great customer service.
The seller contacted me and offered REFUND because they were UNABLE to deliver the product for 3 months because the item is MISSING from their warehouse. I am still waiting for confirmation of the REFUND so I can purchase elsewhere.
