I would like to say unfortunately UPS dropped the ball on getting the item shipped to me but the seller on the other hand was excellent as far as communication and working with me on the matter I did receive a refund and the seller's communication was outstanding we work together to resolve this issue I wish I could leave feedback to UPS because they would not get the positive feedback that this company is getting. I would highly recommend this seller.
Item arrived more damaged than stated in description, broken hinge and with black screen issue. Did not come with the case, though they did send the case after I brought it to their attention. Slow to respond.
Awesome seller and the product is as described as brand new in box. Packaged really well and seller’s shipping was really fast however eBay shipping was on the slow side this time. Really recommended seller 👍🏻
