This case arrived in New condition. However it did not work for my phone WITH the screen protector on. It made the screen protector pop off. Then part of the case broke when I was taking it back apart. I would have loved the "wallet" feature if it had worked for my needs. I contacted seller and seller is very helpful with prepaid return label and communication is excellent.
