  1. Scheduled to arrive 11/28. No tracking available from "Expedited shipping". Dec. 3, I asked for tracking. Dec. 4 I received a UPS tracking notification saying the product was delivered. It was not. No legitimate proof from UPS. This however closed the EBay order and I had no recourse with EBay. I felt Cheated. Yesterday, Dec. 10 the filters arrived from Amazon. This vendor did not communicate at all. They ordered the filters from Amazon and had Amazon ship them to my house. 94Brucem

  2. eBay shipping and delivered status emails were several days late. This thought a 2nd item was to be delivered. Actually received the blanket box (Christmas present for my wife - now no longer a surprise! 😔) on Saturday 12/6/25:without email or text notice from delivery service. Attached 2 screenshots of emails recd this week. 12/10 and 12/11. Item appears okay but came in original box showing "Westinghouse Warming blanket" thus zero packaging. Not dents or crinkles in box.

  3. UPS lost this shipment. The buyer "made it right" by me. I think UPS refunded to the seller because they couldn't find it either, and their delivery confirmation confirmed it went to the wrong address. Regardless, thanks to the seller for "making it right" by me.
