Even though an error was made (wrong cartridges were originally sent), the seller quickly resent the correct item. Both packages with their cartridges were received intact and damage free. Items are new, sealed and in excellent condition. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase and would gladly purchase from seller again. Five star (+) customer service !!!
