231 J Jeep 94-up Transfer Case 23 Spline 4.25" Input + Stock Planet Set in excellent condition. ***Around 1994, New Process (the manufacturer) began changing the input gear bearing width from the early style 24mm (.094 in.) to the late style 16mm (⅝”). At the same time, the input and planet gear cut changed. The early style had ‘flat-ish’ gear points while the later style was more pointed (see photo). Early and late inputs and planets must be matched. If you have a 93-94-95 transfer case the only way to be positive of your gear type is to be sure of your bearing size and/or gear cut.
