  1. Very poor packaging was evident immediately. - the box was stained with the items that were sent inside. Packets of oil , 1 that was punctured leaked its entire contents. No protection, not individually wrapped, loosely placed and spilled out everywhere. Otherwise my replacement cutting shears finally arrived on 07/16. They were ordered July 5.
