This seller was at first unresponsive until day 5 (understandably because of holidays) BUT the item was not as in photos and had 2 mounting points completely cut off/missing! I could have returned it, but after the many hours required for installation, decided to keep it, but felt that a significant refund would be appropriate. Instead, I got lots of information about the seller’s costs, and in the end, a token refund of $15 plus tax off my $127. I felt unfairly treated by this seller.
Seller worked with me to resolve the problem with the intake. Very honest and professional. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Even though the part was defective I would do business with him again. Very honest salesman.
