This item is an in package WWF Jakks 2 figure set of former WWF WWE WCW NWO NWA wrestling stars current NXT head HBK Hearbreak Kid Shawn Michaels and Diesel Kevin Nash. It is the only "Diesel" basic figure produced. They were produced in 2017 by Mattel. It was part of Battle pack Series 48. The card does have significant damage with a crease down the left side as I tried to show in the 3rd and 4th photos as well as some additional wear to the edges and corners of the card as can be seen in the photos.
