My item was shipped promptly after I purchased it,but unfortunately got lost in USPS shipment due to very severe weather on the date of shipment. Item took over 2 weeks to finally show up.Although item had been packaged and wrapped very well by seller,it had been crushed in transit and item was damaged, the seller was in contact with me through the entire ebay refund process. Seller was very quick in handling the situation and making sure I was taken care of,very professional.
