Item came as described brand new, tags on, in original clothe storage bag/original box. It is perfect in every way! The price was exactly what I would have paid if I had purchased it when I originally looked at on the Nomad Lane website back in February. I am very happy as Nomad has put out a "new" version of this bag and I was at first unable to find it at that original price. Item shipped immediately. Original packaging. Positive seller experience from time of purchase on.
I will have no problem with purchasing from this vendor again. The USPS mis-shipped/lost the package, even though their tracking showed all was correct and it was in a particular distro center. The seller was quick to ship, used what should be a trusted method to ship, maintained great communications. The seller initiated a refund shortly after their own communication with the USPS.
