Item description said NEW, but when I got the router it was clearly marked as Refurbished & not in its original box. I communicated with the seller about this. They replied right away & offered a return. However, the device seems to be working fine so I decided to keep it. It doesn’t seem very used at all & is still worth it for the price. But if it is an Open Box product, it should have been advertised as such.
This seller is a kind and honest person I greatly regret my last feedback for them I acted in haste before I talked to them accidentally sent the wrong projector so there sending me the right 1 and let me have the one sent for my troubles very honest seller id definitely recommend this seller to anyone a mans word goes a long long ways thank you
Good seller sent the wrong item but offered a partial refund thank you for the product hope it lasts a long time came in new condition I can't tell the video quality yet I don't have any controls for it it was still worth it I think excited to see what it looks like shipping was fast
