The seller worked with me to resolve the problem and issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement sensor so I could get the device working properly.   2. The package came as advertised and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it would not connect to my home network and after working with tech support, was told it may have bene defective (no way to see that from package.) Once I notified the vendor, they quickly refunded my costs. Although it did not work out, I am very satisfied with the vendor response and handling.
