Great product & shipped quickly. However, the shipping company in Windsor Ontario, tried delivering a few times but no one rang our doorbell which makes me suspect the shipping company lost it & did not want to admit the loss of my package at first. Also, there is no way to contact the shipper to enquire about my ITEM or have any way to pick it up if it is missed. Not very good service in that respect but not the fault of the seller.
The pen that I bought was damaged in shipping through no fault of the seller. The seller was honest and refunded my money promptly and made it right for me. I would purchase from this seller again and think the customer service was excellent!
